How do I RSVP and reserve a room?
Use the RSVP & Book Your Stay button to open our dedicated TravelJoy page. Select your room package, dates, stay length, and number of passengers. Complete the reservation request and required deposit. An RSVP alone does not reserve a room; your booking must be confirmed.
When should I arrive?
Thursday, May 27–Monday, May 31 is recommended for the full weekend. All wedding party members must arrive Thursday, May 27. The couple will be in Jamaica May 26–June 1. Guest booking options cover May 26–31, subject to minimum-stay requirements and availability.
Can I stay for three nights?
Hideaway offers three-, four-, and five-night stays. The family-friendly Blue Waters side currently requires at least four nights. Minimum-stay requirements change frequently. You may inquire with the travel planner about a three-night Blue Waters stay; the current resort minimum applies until confirmed otherwise.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome at the welcome BBQ, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Sunday’s yacht party is adults only. Families traveling with children should book Royalton Blue Waters; Hideaway is for ages 18+.
What should I wear?
Dress codes are required. Friday’s welcome BBQ: all-white semi-formal. Saturday’s ceremony and reception: neutral pastel-colored formal. Sunday’s yacht party: all green. The Weekend page has recommended color options to help you select your Saturday outfit.
What time are cocktails and the reception?
The ceremony begins Saturday, May 29 at 3:00 p.m. at Ocean Gazebo. Cocktail hour begins immediately afterward at Diamond Club Beach Bar. The reception begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Ballroom at Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters. All times are local to Jamaica.
How do I join the yacht party?
Select one All-Green Yacht Party ticket per adult under Extra options on the TravelJoy page. It is Sunday, May 30 at 2:00 p.m. and costs $150.00 USD per adult. Open bar, light snacks and refreshments, DJ, snorkeling, and cave swimming are included. The boarding location will be announced.
Is airfare included?
No. Airfare is separate. Room packages include all-inclusive accommodations, taxes, airport transfers, and VPP travel protection. Yacht tickets are also separate.
When are the booking and payment deadlines?
RSVP and book by January 1, 2027. The room deposit is $50.00 USD per person. Final payment is due April 12, 2027. Your deposit and booking confirmation are required to reserve your room.
Are the displayed room rates guaranteed?
Prices and availability are subject to change until booked. The displayed price is based on the last pricing update. Your travel planner will confirm the applicable room category, dates, passenger count, and final price.
Can I visit both resorts?
Hideaway guests have access to Blue Waters’ amenities. Blue Waters guests do not have everyday access to adults-only Hideaway. Wedding-event access is separate. Diamond Club spaces require the corresponding room category. Check the booking page for the access rules that apply to your stay.
Where can I find travel protection and cancellation details?
The TravelJoy booking page lists the included VPP protection, optional VPP+ upgrades, cancellation deadlines, and full booking terms. Review those details before reserving. Your applicable plan and terms will be confirmed when booking.
